On March 23, 2020, the Government of Quebec published a list of priority or essential services and activities that must continue to operate in the event of a suspension of activities related to the COVID-19 situation. This list also provides that companies producing inputs or materials necessary for the priority services and activities must maintain their activities accordingly during this period. Indeed, the contribution of these companies is necessary to the continuation of the activities of the entities offering services qualified as essential. SAIS Interconnexion is committed to and continuing the exceptional measures to limit the potential spread of the coronavirus in a preventive manner ratified last March.

We are available to assist you in the continuation of your activities in complete safety.

In this regard and to protect the health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and partners, SAIS Interconnexion respects a health and safety management policy for the duration of this crisis.

Here are the prevention measures that have been put in place since the week of March 16,2020:

• Maximum limitation of social interactions
• Mandatory14-day isolation for all symptomatic individuals
• Handhygiene
  • Handwashing
  • Distribution of quick-drying antiseptics

• Respiratory hygiene: wearing a mask is mandatory
• Surface hygiene
  • Frequent cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and objects
  • Distribution of antiseptic sprays and wiping of tools and equipment
  • Reminders to avoid facial touching

• Social distancing
  • Maintaining a distance of 2meters between people
  • Breaks at different time sand disinfection of surfaces after each break
  • Restrict entry to workplaces of people with flu symptoms by posting notices at company access points
  • Social distance facilitated by the installation of physical barriers such as plexiglass screens

• Reminder to avoid contact with a frail person (65 years of age or older, immunosuppressed or with an underlying condition)

We also ask our suppliers and partners to ensure that their employees respect the preventive measures in force.
